Progress on Argumentative Paper
So far, my progress has been disappointing. To be fair to myself, I did have quite a busy weekend, but I still would have liked to have gotten at least something written. Every day, from Friday-Sunday, I was pretty busy. The only exception to this was Sunday night, but after working in the morning, I simply felt lazy and didn't want to bother reading articles or writing anything about them. Because of this busy weekend, I started the writing process on Monday morning, and even then I only wrote one short-ish paragraph. I do feel that this paragraph was a solid basis for an introduction, however.
I plan on doing much more reading and writing, especially writing, in these next couple of days. I feel that I am already in an okay spot, in terms of progress, but I would be much better off if by the end of this week I could get 2-3 full pages written, which I don't think will be too difficult. I feel like after I start writing, I have no problem, it's just beginning to write that is difficult for me. Overall, while I am frustrated with myself for slacking on this paper so far, I know I won't continue to slack for very long, so I am confident that I will be able to have a solid first draft of this paper completed with plenty of time to make necessary edits.
I feel the same way as you do. I am disappointing for slacking off. I could have got things going early on but I failed to do so. We still have a good amount of time before the paper is due, so I hope to pick it up in the future. We can do it. Only a week or 2 left.
